Exterior design
The Opel Astra GTC is the epitome of the compact coupe concept. Short overhangs, the characteristic arched sloping roof, and angular rear side windows work together to create the taut, sporting profile of the Opel Astra GTC. Wide, sculpted shoulders and the lower chassis accentuate the look further.
In the front view, the characteristic crease-line on both the bonnet and trunk, the angular rear side windows, an unconventional slim-line rear window, the sculpted rear end with distinctive tail lights – all contribute to a uniquely expressive design.
Panorama windshield
The unique Astra GTC panoramic windscreen opens revolutionary views for the driver and the front passenger. It stretches from the engine hood right to the middle of the roof and lets them have an unobstructed view upwards – comparable with the view from the cockpit of an airplane.
Interior design
The Astra GTC cockpit is also unmistakable. The V-shaped front section and the typical central crease line of the engine hood are carried over into the laterally-angled center console, which encompasses all the operating elements of the high-quality infotainment and air-conditioning systems.
Inside the Opel Astra GTC the best in design meets high grade materials. That means it doesn´t just look great, but that every surface and control feels good to touch.
The instruments are clear and the controls are ergonomically placed for maximum driving convenience and instinctively easy to control. All of that adds up to a real high quality interior ambience.
OPC Line Packs
The Opel Astra GTC itself exudes sheer dynamism. The “OPC Line Pack 1” with front and rear lower skirts, side sills and roof spoiler effectively accentuates the dynamic stance. Harmonious additions: three alloy wheel versions, size 7.5 J x 18, available either with 9-V-spoke, 11-spoke or 5-star-spoke designs – all in combination with 225/40 ZR18 tires.
Uncompromising sportiness is delivered by the factory-installed “OPC Line Pack 2”. Front and rear lower skirts, side sills and roof spoiler convey elegance and pure dynamism even at rest – and alloy wheels with a variety of stunning designs stylishly transmit this dynamism to the road.
